Mobeetie Jail Museum Shamrock is a museum located in Mobeetie, Texas. It is dedicated to the history of Mobeetie and the surrounding area. The museum contains exhibits about the town's history, including its role in the westward expansion of the United States, as well as exhibits about the local prisoners who were held there. The museum also contains a collection of artifacts from the jail itself, including cellblocks, lockers, and other prison equipment.

Gene Cockrell, star of the original "Land of the Lost" TV series, has teamed up with paleontologist Jack Horner to create a new exhibit at the Museum of Natural History in Los Angeles. The exhibit is called "Dinosaurs Alive! The Extinction-Recovery of a Giant Prehistoric Animal Kingdom." It features more than 50 life-sized replica skeletons of dinosaurs from all over the world.

One of the highlights of the exhibit is a replica shamrock made out of fossilized dinosaur bone. It's one of only two specimens ever made, and it was donated by Gene Cockrell himself. The shamrock is decorated with real fossils from Ireland, including a fossilized clam shell and an ammonite fossil.

The shamrock was inspired by a story about Gene Cockrell's father, who was driving through Ireland on his way to America in the 1950s. He saw a sign that said "Dinosaurs Alive!" and stopped to check it out. He saw a display of real fossils and decided to bring some back with him when he immigrated to the United States.

Gene Cockrell says that he loves theme exhibits because they help people learn about history in a fun way. He hopes that visitors to the exhibit will not only learn about dinosaurs but also about how climate change affects our planet today.
